Kettle Corn is a slightly sweet, slightly salty variety of popped corn which we pop in an open kettle on site in our 10' x 10' tent. As far as flavours go Kettle Corn is Kettle Corn. It is much lighter than caramel corn, quite addictive and is hugely popular at all fairs in the United States and where available in Canada. Everyone who's tries it loves it.
